Robert Andolšek is a mentor and business coach with over 30 years of experience in private entrepreneurship. His own values, such as the search for added value for the client, understanding, and hard work - he acquired through education and shaped and supported them through sports.
Together with his wife Mojca, who continues the family tradition of entrepreneurship in the internationally recognized company, they complement each other. Robert is a passionate solver of the challenges of fellow entrepreneurs, where he searches for and finds the most suitable solutions for each client with his ethnographic approach methodology.
Robert has already sold 6 businesses, which brought him rich experience in the field of logistics, trade, insurance, real estate investments, and sales of specialized devices.
His special strength lies in communication, as he easily understands the wishes, needs, and cultures of different parts of the world. The most successful partners are fast-growing manufacturing and service companies, medium-sized and small companies, and sole proprietorship or family businesses that are transforming from an artisan mode to an entrepreneurial mode.
