When you are inside the problem every day, the pattern is harder to see.
I work with owners and leadership teams when the obvious explanation no longer fits. I step back, observe how decisions are made, how people work together and where responsibility actually stops. That distance often reveals a structure that is invisible from inside the daily noise.

Which one is costing you the most attention?
Before adding tools or people, I would look at decision rights, ownership of work and the operating rhythm.
Leadership & growth →We would inspect the offer, buyer, conversation and sales process before pushing for more calls.
Sales →The real question is whether expectations, decisions and repeatable work are visible to the people who need them.
Leadership & growth →When they enter the same conversation unnoticed, disagreement becomes personal very quickly.
Ownership & family business →I start by watching how the business actually works.
Most companies already have an explanation for the problem. I am more interested in what happens between the explanation and the result: who decides, what gets handed over, where sales conversations stall, and which responsibilities remain unclear.
The visible problem gives us a place to look. The pattern behind it tells us what is worth changing.
Understand first. Then make the change work.
There is no fixed programme to force onto a company. First I need enough clarity to make a good decision; then we turn that decision into a way of working people can actually repeat.

Sometimes the business does not need to be rebuilt. It needs enough distance to see what is already holding it together.
That is what I look for first: what already works, what has lost its role and which agreement, responsibility or decision needs to become clear again.
Read notes from practice →Different industries are useful because patterns travel.
A bottleneck looks different in manufacturing, services, finance or a family business. Seeing the same pattern in different forms makes it easier to separate the symptom from the cause.
You do not need to book a call first.
