Start with the friction
A useful change begins with something observable: waiting, rework, lost sales, unclear ownership, repeated conflict or a decision that keeps returning to the same person.
Change one operating assumption
The most useful improvements are often smaller than a reorganisation: a clearer mandate, a better handover, a defined review rhythm or one process that finally has an owner.
Prove it in practice
If the change only exists in a presentation, it is not implemented. The new way of working has to survive an ordinary week.
